No, our insurance coverage only applies to people aged 25 years or older.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. We do not accept debit cards, cash, or checks.

We are just a two- to three-minute walk from the ferry dock in Cruz Bay. Look for us adjacent to the police station along Prince Street.

No, only the person listed on the contract can pick up your rental.

Yes, you can. If you arrive after 6 p.m., we charge an after-hours fee of $50 to $100 depending upon the time.

Yes, you can. Be sure to let us know in advance, and a rental agent will meet you at the arranged time.

No, your vehicle must be checked back in with an L&L Jeep Rental agent.

No. To avoid damages to the tops and leakages, we do not allow the removal of either hard or soft tops.

No, you can’t. The vehicle is to remain on St. John. If the vehicle is transferred off the island, a $1,000.00 fine per day will be charged, and no roadside service or insurance coverage will be available.

No, vehicles are due back at 10 a.m. unless otherwise specified, or you will be charged for the entire cost of the next customer's rental.

Call 911 immediately. Make a police report and call L&L Jeep Rental to report the accident immediately thereafter. If the accident occurs after hours, you can reach our St. John office at (340) 690-4281.

No, the $100.00 charged to secure your rental is not refundable. Upon arrival to pick up your rental, the $100.00 charged will be subtracted from your total.

No, doing so will cause irreversible damage to the keys and can be very costly to replace.

Yes. We are open seven days a week 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with four exceptions. We are closed on New Year’s Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

We do rent for one day, but you should call us the day before when possible or the morning of when we open at 9 a.m. to schedule your rental for that day. Alternatively, feel free to visit our office for one-day rentals.

We are closed on January 1st, New Year's Day; 4th of July; Thanksgiving Day; and Christmas Day, December 25th. No rental pickups and returns on those days.
